Dr Happy Sithole

Dr. Happy Marumo Sithole is a Research Scientist in the Process Optimisation Division at De Beers Consolidated Mines.

Dr. Sithole was a senior lecturer for 9 years at Univesrity of Limpopo, in the Physics Department, and spent two year at Ian Wark Research Insititute as a Research Associate in the Mineral Processing Division.

Dr. Sithole holds a PhD. in Solid State Physics (Specialising in Mineral extraction and beneficiation), a post-doctoral degree in mineral processing and a diploma in project management. He spearheaded the formation of YALOFIKA Water Treatment Pty. Ltd, specialising in water quality management.
